Where we ship and what it costs

We deliver worldwide. The rate depends on the destination and the order value and is always shown at checkout before you pay:

Europe — €35; €25 on orders from €500; €15 on orders from €1,500
Rest of the world — €50; €25 on orders from €500; €15 on orders from €1,500

All prices include 19% VAT. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country; these are borne by the customer and are not included in our rates.

Delivery time

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 4–8 business days elsewhere in Europe and 7–20 business days for other destinations; larger furniture may take longer, as it ships palletised or in several cartons.

How goods arrive

Smaller items ship as standard parcels. Large or heavy furniture is delivered by a freight carrier to the kerbside or front door — carrying items into the property, up stairs or into a specific room is not included unless expressly agreed.

On delivery

Please check the packaging before signing. Note any visible transport damage on the delivery record, photograph it, and report it to info@westwingoutlet.de as soon as possible — this makes the claim considerably easier to settle.
